Members Area Login Assistance
Below are the step by step instructions for how to access the AMNET members only area using the emails you've received. Please feel free to watch the video below, or read through the instructions accompanied by appropriate screenshots.
The first email will be a confirmation of your membership including the type, the price and the start and end date, based on your most recent payment. It will look similar to the email to the right.
This email is for your own records as confirmation of your membership and can also take you directly to the AMNET public homepage, however as explained in this email, you will need to set up a password to access the members only area and the link to do so is provided in a separate email. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the second email in your main inbox.
The second email with the subject line 'create your new password' will provide a link that will open up a new page on this website and you will be prompted to create your own password. You can see this email below:
Please make sure you create a strong, unique password that you will be able to remember. Once this stage is complete, click the 'Reset Password' button and then ‘OK’ button on the following screen to be taken to the members login page.
The email address required for logging in is the same as the address your correspondence from AMNET has been sent to. Please do not try and use an alternative email address as your member status will not be recognised with any other email address. Enter your newly created password, and click 'Log In'. You have the option to login using Facebook or Google, but please only do so if you are certain that the login email address for either of these is the same as the one registered to AMNET.

Once you are successfully logged in, you will see a variation of your name or email address which has become your username in the top right hand corner of the screen. For this example you will see this specific username referenced, but yours will be personal to you. The dropdown arrow to the right of your user name will take you to the members only menu, as you can see here:
This includes, Resources, My Account and My Membership.

First let's explore the member only resources. By clicking on the images or the titles in the repeater pictured you will be taken directly to that area of the page, for example, AMNET news, but you are free to scroll through any of the information on this page at your leisure. You will find multiple resources available to download such as AMNET news and meeting recordings and also useful links to other resources as well as links to the members only Facebook page.
While you are in the members only section of the website you have a secondary menu available to you, where the dropdown arrow options are repeated, as you see here that is Resources, My Account and My Membership.
In the My Account section you can update your username, add a profile picture (only visible to AMNET) and add other details such as your phone number.
In the My Membership section you will find your membership including the type, the price and the start and end date, based on your most recent payment.
The final option in your dropdown menu is to log out. You are encouraged to do this after each session.
Once you have logged out, your username is no longer visible and the menu has reset to the ‘Members Login’ text. You can come back to the website at any time and click on this button to be taken to the login screen. If for any reason you cannot remember your password, just click the ‘forgot password’ text to be sent a reset link.
When accessing the members area from a mobile or other handheld device, the member login is found within the expanded 'hamburger' menu (this is the icon made up of three horizontal lines in the top right corner of your screen). When you tap this icon, the main menu expands. At the bottom of this menu screen you will find the "Member Log In" button, which will take you to the login screen. Once logged in the additional members-only menu is available by pressing the dropdown arrow to the right of the username. You can navigate to your desired page from this menu.
